Sonic 4: Episode 2 Teaser Video and Details
As promised from yesterday, Sega released a teaser trailer for the Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2 today. But that's not the real news.
The teaser is very similar to the first one they had for Episode 1. There's a "rebirth of a villain" with the return of Metal Sonic. It shows a blue blur teaming up with a yellow blur, showcasing that Tails is returning in some fashion. It also teases "new surprises", with what could be Sonic and Tails doing some sort of team attack. The actual teaser starts at about 1:16 in the GameSpot video. But that's not the real news.
The real news is in the video.

I'm so excited!!

I just bought Episode 1 for my iPod. It's not terrible, but the controls suck and Sonic has no momentum. I hope they fix that. Also, I can't stand the music...

He didn't say Wii! I feel cheated!

Sega should just realise that they'll never make the Sonic "Fans" happy no matter what they do.

Or they should realize that those Sonic "Fans" don't really matter when even more fans are praising their good work ever since Colors.
Mitsuraga
It really doesn't seem like the wisest of moves to avoid a WiiWare release.

Sega really should be praised for listening to the fanbase, even with it's rabid elements. The whole 'no Nintendo' thing is a bit of a surprise but maybe they just don't plan on bringing it to them. Also, I used to be a big Tails fan but clearly I was nowhere near that guy.
