Spencer: 'Xbone' nickname will stick
Ever since the announcement of the name of Microsoft's new console, Xbox One, the Internet has taken upon itself to rename the console to "Xbone." According to GameSpot, Microsoft Game Studios vice president Phil Spencer believes that the "Xbone" nickname is clearly here to stay.
In an interview with Martin Gaston, said Spencer:
Earlier this year, Microsoft registered the "Xbone" website, to which many believe is to protect the trademark and branding of both Xbox and Xbox One. Xbox Live Director of Programming Larry Hyrb, also known as "Major Nelson," has stated that he isn't a big fan of the nickname and doesn't want to see it associated with the Xbox One at all.
Spencer is taking a bit of a more accepting approach to the name, although he states that you won't be seeing the nickname in advertisements or official branding any time soon.
The Xbox One is slated to be released on November 22, 2013.
*Slightly NSFW joke.*
I guess you could say Microsoft... Got an Xboner.

Okay I say we find a new nickname to make fun of the Xbox one just to screw with them.
Everyone i am around calls it the Xbox Juan
I just call it the Xbox None myself.
Ah, trying the old reverse psychology on us, are we Microsoft?
