There are a ton of skills, which we've previously mentioned some like farming, mining, woodcutting, and blacksmithing. Now you also have cooking, which allows "you to prepare food items that provide various temporary effects. Each recipe requires specific culinary ingredients" and like Alchemy, can be foraged from the environment. Should you not enjoy how a conversation is progressing, it looks like there is a dialogue option of brawling. I hope that you take off the glove and slap your opponent in the face.

Prison is still about the same, allowing you to bribe guards or sit out a sentence. Any progress in your skills though will begin to deteriorate based on how much time you will have to serve. There are other little things here and there, but I guess you will have to learn the rest on your own in a few weeks. Skyrim comes out for PS3 and Xbox 360 on November 11th.
