Tales of Xillia localization confirmed
Namco confirms a 2013 release date for the localization of Tales of Xillia.
After a full year of unbearable silence, Namco Bandai has finally confirmed that the Tales of series will be returning to America in 2013, with the long awaited localiztion of Tales of Xillia.Tales of xillia has already received critical acclaim in Japan, and has sold over 700,00 copies since its initial release. Making it one of the most well received installments in over a decade.
The game features an all new battle system called the dual-raid linear motion battle system,wich will improve upon the previous battle systemes by allowing the player to control two characters simultaniously. Tales of Xillia is also set to raise the bar graphically and thematically , by featuring more realisticallly proportioned enviroments (straying away from the previous top-down presentation) and producing a more complex storyline involving dual protaganist.
Tales of xillia will be available exclusively for the PS3 in 2013.

Glad it's official. Been wanting this game for so long. I played Graces long before it was translated so it's been an even longer wait for me. time to dust off the Ps3 (literally has at least 3 layers of dust)

Umm, the Tales series returned to America this year. Graces f and Abyss 3D were released.
And I wrote a much more detailed blog post, but it didn't get front-paged. Oh well.

In hindsight your kinda right(although we have been waiting for comfirmation on this game for awhile now).Regardless it has still been a few months since the last new tales game came out(abyss was a remake). Plus by the time this game is released(sometime in 2013), we will have been waiting for a new title for almost a year at the least.I did read the blog you made though, and thought it was very well written(mine was just posted slightly earlier, which is why it probably got to the main board first).

My brother just won a PS3 so i get to take the old one to college. Just picked up Tales of Graces, but still need to play it. So glad this is PS3!!! Symphonia's my favorite game ever, so hope this does the Tales series justice. Speaking of which, can we get Vesperia on the PS3? Thanks.
