Famed indie developer and one half of Team Meat, Edmund McMillen has announced that he is hoping to launch his new PC exclusive game The Binding of Issac on Steam by the end of the month. Although, the newly launched Steam app page says that the game won't be available until September.

In this Legend of Zelda style dungeon crawler, gamers will be placed into the role of a young boy who must navigate his way through his demon filled basement to escape his abusive mother who wishes to sacrifice him in the name of a satanist cult.

After looking at the above title screen and reading the description for a second time, I don't know whether to be intrigued or deeply disturbed. The Binding of Isaac will be available for the low  price of $5, later this year.
