This is Tokyo Zombie.
I've been here at ScrewAttack for a while. You don't know me because I like to keep a low profile. But I'm the same guy who did the No More Heroes fan art a few years ago.
In honor of the upcoming Death Battle (and because I was bored), I created this piece featuring the combatants of the next episode.

Raiden does know many forms of Martial Arts. He will his head in fights that he will quickly figure out Thor's weakness. Thor is most likely rush into battle with no strategy. He also has warrior madness which increases his strength ten folds but will also attack allies. This opens many ways Raiden can fight him maybe even winning this fight. I strongly believe he can do it despite what majority thinks. If he does win then the whole world will be surprise.

2. Both fight with a team to keep the Universe safe
3. Both have shown how tough they are
4. Both eventually get promoted among the Gods
5. Both about to die sends information to their past selves preventing what could happen
6. Both appear in a game cross over with Video Game and Comic Book characters
7. Both have fought Superman
8. Both share some of the same abilities
9. Both at times don't get along with the other Gods
10. Both have fought against their team members
11. Both fought many powerful enemies
12. Both have travel to other realms
13. Both can lose their powers
14. Both have a powerful attack that puts their own lifes on the line

Thor might have more god like abilities. Raiden will find a way to win this Death Battle. He was the last person standing against Deadly Alliance. He was the last person standing against Shao Kahn in the final battle. I'm sure he will put up a good fight against Thor. I also would like to throw out there's thirty years a part from each other. Thor first appeared in an comic book 1962. Raiden first appeared in a video game called Mortal Kombat released 1992. I been waiting a long time to see this fight happen on Death Battle.

You know why Raiden was the last guy against Shao Kahn? It's because he was responsible for the deaths of all his allies. Too boot, he personally killed Liu Kang. Easy to be the last guy when you're essentially team killing.

I never thought of it like that. It's true he killed Liu Kang when he meant to stop him. Raiden still has a chance to put up a good fight.
