I thought the girl and hence the guy did porn but after doing some wtmtomh research, Google's search by image function says it's from a Commodore64 fighting game from 1987 called Barbarian: The Ultimate Warrior. The girl's name is Maria Whittaker, a model from England and I was confusing her with Christy Canyon. Both can be seen naked without effort.
