Waluigi too creepy for Mario Kart 7?
I think anybody would agree that Waluigi is pretty much the creepiest guy in the whole Mushroom Kingdom. Hell, ever since that guy hit the scene even Wario and Birdo are looked upon as normal, classic Mario characters. Waluigi's creep factor may in fact have been high enough for him to be left out ofMario Kart 7.
The game's director Kosuke Yabuki has recently commented on why the purple plumber didn't make the cut in Nintendo's latest racing romp. He said that they definitely wanted to include new characters and that they had to scrap a few older ones because of it. But why was Waluigi booted off the team? Well...because of "the game's charm."
The Japanese phrasing is a bit vague, but apparently the addition of Waluigi would have detracted from the game's charm somehow. But if you just take one look at the guy, that's pretty much obvious. Waa!

I always appreciated Waluigi as the anti-Luigi even if there's no reason for his existence other than just that. I feel a little sorry for him, I mean you think he'd show up in WarioWare or something.

Oh man, those two characters make me sick. They're AWFUL ABOMINATIONS. Screw you, Super Mario Galaxy, for introducing two characters whom I will eternally hate.
Honestly, between Waluigi, Dry Bones AND R.O.B, Mario Kart 7 really is missing some great characters, and all we got in their place were a bunch of pansies. Daisy. Ugh. Although at least she's not Honey Queen....

I never cared for Waluigi that much. He was just one of those characters I'm actually (people are going to kill me for saying this) kinda glad he stays in the spinoffs. BUT OF ALL CHARACTERS WHY DID YOU PUT IN METAL MARIO!?! It would of been better to put Waluigi in. And, if you didn't want to put in Waluigi Nintendo and wanted a 2nd Mario in the game then you should of done Cosmic or Shadow Mario (aka - Bowser J.R.). At least they are characters while Metal Mario is a powerup... Whatever. Mario Kart 7 is really fun, and even though they don't have Waluigi and a stupid character instead that should not keep you from buying the game.
