Well it does have a manga. You've by now guessed from my striking avatar pic since v4. I'm not sure about Super Metroid or Portal 2 though. Well there is a Portal 2 comic but it's not... portal 2. Get me? someone

Strangely enough, I did find a framed "photo" of Naked Snake/Big Boss in one panel of a Deadpool story in MARVEL COMICS Presents #10 a few years back.

Actually a few of these do have comics. The Duke Nukem one is pretty funny.

Psychonauts seems to be the only game pictured here that doesn't have an official "comic book" of any kind. Crackdown doesn't count here; its sequel was given a "web comic" in the form of a motion comic. The jury's still out on whether or not the AC novels count for Ezio, though. Other than that, everyone else has gotten an honest-to-goodness comic book series that wasn't some tie-in promo.
Speaking of Psychonauts, Marvel Comics DID have a comic book series called Psychonauts (no relation to the game, of course): http://marvel.wikia.com/Psychonauts_Vol_1_1
