Zeus and Isaac Clarke will join the Playstation All-Star Battle Royale roster
Zeus and Isaac Clarke will be DLC characters along with a new stage.

Kat from Gravity Rush and Emmet Graves from Starhawk joined the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale roster two weeks ago and now we have two more characters on the way.
Sony Santa Monica's Seth Killian recently stopped by the IGN offices to go over new PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale DLC characters. Isaac Clarke from the Dead Space series and Zeus from God of War are the two new characters, there is also a new stage coming which is a crossover between MediEvil and The Unfinished Swan.
This DLC is set for release on March 19, 2013 for both the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita, although pricing details have not been released yet. Below are a few images from IGN and Seth Killian's demo of both characters.

Remember when people asked for Zeus to be in the roster? Yeah, me neither.

First off, WHY ZEUS!? We don't need more God of War representation. Secondly, Isaac is awesome, but they should have paired him with Shepard.

Cry babies? Seriously? My problem was having too much representation on any one series by having more than one character. That's out of the way, though, as I realize that Cole has two versions.
And even then, if you put it that way, I'd love it if Thor got put in. Now HE is a god of thunder!

Still doesn't make the inclusion any better of an idea. Again, as much as it serves as advertisement, WHY ZEUS? We really don't need more God of War characters.

I am all for these characters personally, but it just seems like Sony is avoiding the true first party exclusive characters everyone is asking for. Expect to see Joel and Ellie once The Last of Us rears its head.

I think I've made my point a few blogs ago where I felt that Playstation All-Stars was a "wasted oppurutunitiy"
I'm not sure how to feel about either of these characters. Isaac Clake isn't a character I associate with the Playstation brand, but there's plenty of possibility to make him a cool character.
Zeus on the other hand, feels more like he was put in to advertise Ascension. I don't know, I think there are better characters in God of War that could be put in.
