9/21/12 8:00pm

It's clear to see with six titles in the launch window that Ubisoft has a lot of faith in Nintendo's next gen console. However, the Wii U's biggest supporters would have to go the team working on the upcoming zombie survival game; ZombiU.

In a recent interview with creative director, Jean-Phillipe Caro, he said that the Wii U is the most "Innovative console on earth". He also stated that the development team didn't have to do any of the "Big Innovation" because the console was already innovative enough on its own...

"The Wii U is the most innovate system for the moment on earth. We didn't have to make a big innovation on our side- it was all here on the system so that was easier for us"

This isn't the only praise the Wii U has got from Ubisoft. Creator of the upcoming Rayman Legends said the system is perfect for 2-D games. To add to that, an executive at Ubisoft predicted that the Wii U would surpass it's predecessor, the Wii.

Ubisoft also stated that it runs them about a million dollars to port a game such as Assassin's Creed 3 over to the Wii U, that price point is low compared to the cost of making a brand new IP ,such as ,ZombiU, specially for the new console.
