1. For some reason YouTube doesn’t send e-mails to inform me of subscriptions to my play lists. Ever since Google bought YouTube little changes have been problematic. Where’s my back and stop button, so I can let the video load up before clicking play? I hate the new YouTube player.
2. If I missed you, please send me a message and I’ll make sure your in the next 100. Well, if I’m lucky enough to get another 100 subscribers.
That’s my 2 bits. Go ahead and argue if you want to, I’m still right.

You are right, Snakes Revenge is FUCKING AWFUL. It is a terrible excuse for a Metal Gear game. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Keep up the good work!

I watched your Snake's Revenge review and I seriously laughed my ass off. You hit all the right points.
The only thing I would have added is a joke about the manual saying the boss's name is "Higharolla Kockamamie". Yeah, pretty awful name for an ultimate villain. It's like the development team knew it was crap and figured nobody would read it.

kojima had nothing to do with the game. it was made by the same company that ported metal gear too the NES (another game that kojima didnt have anythng to do with) from the msx.
I've never heard of a GITS game for PS, but I have played the PS2 one.

2 bit gaming is probably my favorite user created series on Screwattack. It's so good, I just subscribed to your youtube account. Keep up the good work.
gratz on the 100 subscribers. i think i will subscribe and try to get on the next 100.
I've wondered where you added the name Kusanagi? i know there are a few references to it and i want to know if its the Kusanagi i know, if so i think you'll know what i mean when i say that is a freaking awesome fighter. If you do i would like to see SOMEONE review that series (any game) and show the G1's what an awesome game it is
Submitted by kain_kusanagi on Fri, 07/04/2008 - 12:53am.
Nope it's not in reference to Kyo Kusanagi, even though I do love King of Fighters. It's not from Please Teacher, or Legacy of Kain either. Although I do like to do impressions of the vampire Kain since his evil voice is so great and he gets the best lines. "Cast him in.", "They always said I was heartless." Great villain stuff.
Here's the story:
In middle school my buddies and I would watch and act out Kung Fu movies and old TV shows. We all took character names and I decided to go with the character Caine played by David Carradine in the show Kung Fu.
When we went to high school the nickname stuck, since I was the only freshmen with a goatee and we were all playing Command and Conquer at the time. In case you don't know the villain is named Kain and he has a goatee.
Anyway I changed the spelling to Kain since it's closer to my real name. Then in a computer class we all had to get e-mail accounts, it was homework, easy homework. I decided to go with Kain as my user name, but it was taken so I looked around the room and saw my bootleg copy of Ghost in the Shell.
Note: this was before anime was at Wal-Mart and I had taped it off of late late late night TV.
Anyway, the main character of Ghost in the Shell is Major Motoko Kusanagi. I though, yeah that has a ring to it, Kain Kusanagi. It sound like a real name. Well, it's still my e-mail address and it's become my online identity, for the most part anyway.
So there you have it, the legend of Kain continues. ;)

*Edit* also i think EBA is my favorite DS game im still waiting for a sqeual or im just going to go buy Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! 1 and 2. also if your heading down to the IMOG next year ill meet you and bring my PS2
and i subscribed.

That's some real dedication. This Video just made you extremely awesome.
But why do you always recommend Jedi Knight II?
I love the series but I thought the third one was the best, at least in leveldesign and Gameplay. The story was a little better in the second one though.
Submitted by kain_kusanagi on Fri, 07/04/2008 - 3:07am.
I like both games, especially being able to play as a Twi'lek in the Jedi Academy. However, I based my recommendation on the individual's channel and figured that Jedi Outcast was a better choice since it's story is much more familiar to Star Wars fans who may not have played anything in the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series. Not all of my subscribers are gamers.
Good point though and thanks for the vote of awesome!

I've wanted to own Mega Man X ever since it first came out, but circumstance after circumstance has kept me from doing so. How you knew what I'd like from my YouTube profile I'll never know (considering I have no videos, no favorites, and few subscriptions outside of ScrewAttack-related stuff), but you're spot on.
Which is kind of eerie, now that I think about it. I could just assume that you suggested Mega Man X because it's a good retro game, and I've probably made it apparent somewhere that those are what I fancy, but why that game in particular? How did you know that, of all the good retro games out there, Mega Man X was one I didn't own?
My guess? Black magic. Which I suppose doesn't bug me all that much, but I'd appreciate a heads up the next time you plan to use your dark rites to trespass into my thoughts. It's just common courtesy.

First I draw a pentagram on the ground and light six candles using six matches. Then I chant to the dark god of gaming Segatindo and summon your deepest darkest thoughts and draw out your most desired game. After I have it I put a hex on you and I'm done. ;)
LOL, actually I noticed that your subscriptions are almost entirely retro game related and I asked myself, "What's one of the best retro franchises that appeals to just about everybody?" Mega Man! But, "What's the one that's most accessible, but still is still a retro title?" Mega Man X!
The first with the wall jump. I almost have a hard time playing non X games. If you can't find a good deal for the SNES version, look into Mega Man X Collection. It has almost all the X games plus bonus stuff.

I was going to buy the X Collection a few months ago, but my friend unknowingly bought up the last copy they had while I was looking at something else. That's the sort of thing I meant by "circumstance after circumstance". I'll probably just bite the bullet and buy it on eBay in a few weeks or something.
Thanks again for the recommendation, consideration, and all that jazz. That was a killer way to pump up your views.
