You knew it had to be this, Metal Gear Solid 4:Guns of the Patriots is not only the best game on the PS3, it has to be one of the 100 best games ever made!
If you're a fanboy, you better leave right now, cause I'm gonna give you the 10 reasons this game is a Masterpiece.
10.-Graphics:
They are SUPER GOOD! It's like watching a detailed CG movie, as the game progreses there may be a few mistakes but they're easy to ignore, by far the best graphics on the PS3, and you know what that means.
9.-Simple Menus:
That says it all.
8.-Weapons:
Over 60 weapons to choose from, more than those seen in past Metal Gears, or if you prefer the clasic Stealth of the series you can go unarmed, carrying just your knife and Supresor.
7.-Multiple Ways to Advance in the Game:
Helping Militia, going Solo, killing everyone, sparing enemies, or anything else that comes in handy.
6.-Nostalgia:
If you have played the past games in the series you will notice many things first time players cannot notice.
5.-Characters:
As the last chapter of the series, many characters from previous games(including a certain doctor from the first Metal Gear) return, they are a big part of the soul of this game, and Bi...(Spoiler)
4.-Story:
While some complain the game has many cutscenes, that is okay, cause they're cool, besides there's plenty of content to enjoy; the plot is good, and understandable for first time players.
3.-Boss Fights:
The coolest in the series, they make you wanna come back for more, and for the first time ever, you get to taste what a fight against Decoy Octopus would be like, and fighting Ocelot, makes you wanna cry.
2.-Online:
Might just be a preview, but it's a really good one.
1.-Replay Value:
After you finish the game you get titles for your actions, but what you get is so cool, you actually feel like going trough the game several times, testing your skill in different dificulties, or crossing as an anorexic version of Old Snake.
The game is so cool, it deserves a 12/10

I also enjoyed the game a lot, but I think Super Mario Galaxy(SMG?suspicious) is just as fun, it also deserves a 12/10, could had been higher but the dificulty is too low.

Decoy Octopus was nicknamed
Decoy Octopus was nicknamed 'Octopus' due to his ability to adapt and change his appearance... The fight with Laughing Octopus, in no way, shows what a fight with Decoy would have been like. Especially when Decoy didn't have tentacles... And quite frankly the bosses are not the best in the series, due to the fact that they are a bit shite...
In my opinion, MGO (that's Metal Gear Online for those who don't know) should be number one... Noobing pwns online for the win!

Hideo Kojima wanted Decoy Octopus to be a boss, but due to technological limitations, his dreamed fight wasn't possible, with MGS4 he could do it.
Just imagine Laughing Octopus without tentacles.
