I can recognize everyone except the robot and the pink rhino. Even the seemingly generic zombie has video game roots. The axes are a dead giveaway, if you pardon the pun.
The demon and the dark elf girl look familiar, but I can't quite place them. Bowser and Eggman look spot-on, Zangief and Dictator (Probably going to be called Bison) look great, and Clyde is pretty hard to screw up. They took a little creative license with Kano, but he still looks good. The beholder, well... he's a beholder.
Wait... isn't that rhino the final boss from Altered Beast?

Too bad in Russia once again we will get crappy localization and I will have to wait like half year for at least DVD release(not talking about BR) to watch it in original beauty.
