It's on my To Play List... right behind Saints Row 4...
Possibly PC fanatics? Or people who wanted lovable protagonists to do the maiming and murdering.
Damn I was hoping that maybe Trevor would be crazy enough to skin animals.
Just 8,7 from the G1's? Not suprised, this website is filled with Nintendo faboys...
What's that song at the end of this review?
Gonna get it. One way or another....
Haven't tried the hunting pastime full yet, but I'll assume it's the same as the introductory hunting mission. Basically, blow elk call to highlight area where an elk is, stay downwind of it, shoot it, send a picture to Cletus for "pickup." Nowhere near as integral as RDR's hunting was. Even most of the coyotes I've killed have been those who decided to run across the road at the wrong time. Mountain Lions and sharks I've shot for self defense though. At first I'd go up to whatever carcass was there and try to skin it. Yeah, that doesn't happen here either.
solid review Nicholas, solid
Perhaps it's just me but the environments feel like they took a lot from Just Cause 2.
Picking it up today!
I always did that in GTA 4. If that bigness ever gets to you feel free to send it my way. My copies of GTA and RDR were both taken from me. Advice: never share with family that likes to sell games.
A question since you have so many hours: how does hunting work in this? Is it as good as RDR?
Los Santos almost seems TOO big at times. At times I just ended up calling a cab to get a character to a waypoint instead of making the long drive back into town from the desert or vice versa. Still, Have almost 50 hours logged into the game, still haven't finished the sotry and have a bunch of the hobbies to give a shot at.
this game is very good, and i agree with the score, now we just need for GTA Online and things will really kick off
