Black Nerd Hates Pokemon

Nintendo recently announced Pokemon X and Pokemon Y for the 3DS, which has Pokefans excited. Many thought Andre of Black Nerd Comedy would also be happy about it. But he reveals that he's actually held years of hatred towards Pikachu and friends... and it all has to do with the KidsWB?

Digimon was awesome, they had robot dinosaurs which are far more epic than little capsule monsters. I do hate just about any reality TV shows they have on the cartoon networks. At least there is youtube now and we are no longer controlled by TV scheduling. Though there is always something spectacular about watching something that aired on TV than just watching on the computer.

I'll say this, I'm Mixed with pokemon the Animation series (some of it is epic and some are uncontrollable.) but if anything the Rovers were good but not liked by a number when it was nearing a second season...at least as best I heard it. BTW I did like the Pizza Cats and I feel like Monster Rancher was a bit of a more wilder but understanding story than Digimon...at least to me. (And the power Rangers are still going gold. Just hope you don't mind a lot of cheese in it.)

Please..give it a second chance. It really does get better during the second season and the fire chapter is epic.

Samurai Pizza Cats came out way before Pokemon! I've got a tape that predates it by 5 years or so (christ I feel old). I vaguely remember Monster Rancher. I hated Digimon but my brother loved (when I realised I was just too old). Yu-Gi-Ho I left well alone, I couldn't stand it. I've always hated Spongebob! Found the film funny but that was purely down to the Hoff (which also became my nickname at uni).

Agree with the knockoffs except CardCaptors. The manga came out the same year as the pokemon game back in '96.

woo! another monster rancher fan! OTHER PEOPLE KNOW IT EXISTS!!! :D I was a fan of the games, never saw more than like 3 epis of the show but still. one that I hated that everyone else loved? Power Rangers is the first one that comes to mind for me...but then there is also *Waits for raging* TMNT and *Waits for someone to drop a nuke on me* Transformers. I never have, and still dont like them to this day.
