In this case it was just me forgetting how it's pronounced. I promise you that I saw the film...wish I hadn't though...
I think it's pretty likely a script can be read by more than one person, but nice try on the sarcasm. The word is also quite common through a variety of topics. I also thought the news reporter approach to a non English name was hilarious. Suddenly gaining an accent to say the name then immediately losing it. Keep up the good work
You caught us. I am nothing more than a figment of Max's imagination. That or I forgot how to pronounce a unique name for the 30 mins I was filming. Which do you think is more likely?
So...they say how to pronounce jaeger all throughout the movie and this guy can't say it correctly once. Did he even see it or was this scripted by one person who didn't want to look schizo?
I really dig these CinemAttack episodes, you guys. Just found out about them in the past month... Happy to see them featured!
Pacific Rim was awesome!
I could not disagree with Sean more, ESPECIALLY on the action. The action may have been slow, maybe even clunky, But what always kept me on the edge of my seat, was how they established how fragile the Jaegers really are, after the first fight I always wondered "How much longer till it breaks?" on each hit.
Long live giant robots!
Good or bad, I still cried tears of joy when I saw Pacific Rim.
