I stand by my conclusion that Valve hasn't produced Episode 3 / HL3 because they wrote themselves into a corner. At the end of Ep. 2, Gordon Freeman is supposed to fly a helicopter to the north pole or something, and there is zero reason for us to believe that Gordon or Alex how to fly a helicopter, let alone fly it halfway across the world. And even if they could, how would they avoid getting shot down by the Combine's crapton of gunships?

Perhaps they can't count to three since any third installment would be too great for a human to withstand?

Your whole argument is invalid by you using the phrase "intelligent property". I don't know if you were being ironic but it just sounded stupid to me.

IP stands for intellectual property. I thought that was one of the most obvious known facts especially in the gaming industry!! It's hard to take someone even remotely seriously if they talk about a company's "intelligent" property. It's like listening to someone's opinion about Shakespeare then then slip in there, "Oh and Romeo was a Jedi."
