The Worst EVER: Peripheral (Part 1)
What is your worst EVER peripheral? Let us know in the comments below!
They knew it would suck! ahahahah For sure!
Lol I rewatched this video -as most best ever vdeos :)- and I realized until today Bryan was taking on the N64 guy xD ... HAVE SOME RESPECT TO YOUR CONSOLE!
No it didn't. If anything it showed just how Sony couldn't come up with an original idea if their life deepened on it. And if it was so great, why did Sony stop pushing it months after it's release? Oh yeah, because it wasn't selling and the Wii did it better. Good luck proving otherwise.
Every pirate and chinese version is by far THE WORST peripheral ever. When you go to somebody's house nobody wants to use the chinese controller because we know that I will not going to work in sometime during gameplay, buttons are really hard to press or cables are just really bad! And don't get me started about non official consoles. I remember when I went to some friends houses which has a copy of a ps1, nes or even the wii..... Oh god, It's so hard to tell them how shitty was that, and pretending that I'm enjoying was the hardest part :(! It's not their fault I know! but It's not my fault to just felt bad on that time :(! Even nowadays u usually see a ps3 chinese version!
The move dildos?
PS3's wannabe Wii (Playstation move) need i say more?
I can honestly say my friends' controllers are all clean, some of them from my friends taking proper care, some from other friends cleaning them, and some, I had to clean myself. However, why would somepony who has hooves instead of hands like me need to use a glove? Seriously!
Oh wow I didn't know Bryan was a bear
The only peripheral that I was suckered into buying was POWER GLOVE (Besides the NES Max which was a great controller). I remember how much I wanted it...and when I first plugged it into my NES on that fateful Christmas...I realize it SUCKED and DIDN'T WORK AT ALL except for the few crappy games that were released to work with the Power Glove Specifically. Probably one of the most disappointing moments of my Childhood.
Kinect. Nuff said.
Recently, I have to say the Six-Axis in PS3 controllers. It's so gimmicky and serves no purpose at all(except for bouncy titties). So many older PS3 games use it left and right, whereas games made 2009 onwards have it either optional to use, or dropped completely. And 3rd party made PS3 controllers don't even have it built-in.
The Nintendo Satellite is pretty bad. It takes C batteries which you have to practically walk to Mordor to find. The Satellite was a peripheral for the NES that allows you to plug in up to four controllers to a wireless hub that could rest on your coffee table.
Good list guys! These are certainly the worst 3 of the lot. I might add as a 4th- the goddamn Nintendo power pad! Not due to its functionality, however, bloody thing worked just fine! Here's what I mean- you're 8 years of age and your mum gets you a nintendo system for Christmas, with it the 3 in 1 game. Mario is rather fun, play that through, bob's your uncle, move on, right? Duck Hunt! Jolly good game, shoot the ducks with the barney pressed up right on the television screen. Alright what have we now? World Class Track Meet! Thats a new idea, isn't it? the game knows how fast I'm running! I'll run as fast as my legs will allow, except everything it the flat shakes like a bloody hurricane! Everybody looks at you like you've done a disservice or something, like its my fault I'm not supposed to run full speed indoors! And god forbid you live in a complex! Downstairs neighbors called the cops on us one time! Mum says no more power pad, which to a child is rather disconcerting! Never did beat that bloody Jaguar...
This Modded controller (the ones with the TURBO button) which you get in a bargain store for $10-$30
for chad's segment,is that the strongbad "Anime" episode music?
Edit:It's actually from Rad Racer V_V
I would say the gamestop controllers are bad, those things are so stiff that they might make you throw the damn thing just so it would loosen up.
Super Scope is it for me. Cumbersome, unreliable, and used up 6 AA batteries in a matter of hours. Simply garbage. It's cool in Super Smash Bros. though.
The E-Reader. Even as a kid I thought, that's some stupid ass shit!
Bryan nailed it
The Ascii Sphere 360 for the ps1. it was basicly a six axis controller that was shit. You felt like an idiot trying to play a game with it. Heres a pic of it : http://bimg1.mlstatic.com/control-sphere-360-play-station-ps2-psone-asci... you would think maby it would be good for somthing like the game descent (which has its own designated mode on the controller by the way) but it doesnt work right with that either
