I'm going with Naomi from Metal Gear Solid. Is she hot? Well, yeah. Is she a cold-hearted bitch? You bet your ass!

To me it is Poison Ivy from Arkham Asylum and Akrham City. She looks great and wears skimpy cloths but if you look at her she has vines growing out of her and the most seem to be coming from under her underwear. In fact the underwear looks like it's apart of the vines. Where are those vines coming from I do not want to know.

I didn't think about it back at the time but yeah, Mileena sure is a dissapoint. Although I don't bother about Poison, being a transgender makes it kinda creative. *FLAME SHIELDS UP*
