Classic Trailer - The Introduction of a Legend
To some, Resident Evil 4 is the best game in the series, to others it is the greatest game of all time. Regardless, Leon's journey is one hell of a ride.
its funny i rented this when i was little and sucked so i thought the game sucked but a few years after a got it after seeing the top 10 game cube games list screwattack did and now its one of my favorite games of all time
Oh, Resident Evil 4. How I enjoy that game so. I played that game so much I had everything unlocked and I could speed run the crap out of it if I wanted to. To this day I still play this game and enjoy it from beginning to end. Lately in video games dispatching enemies has started to feel like a chore to me in most games, but I still don't get that feeling in RE4. This game... this game is one of the best games ever made.
I have bought Resident evil 4 multiple, times, And I'll but it again and again and again.
I defend RE5 and 6 as good games, but I can't deny RE4 was exceptional. Got me into the series and could replay it multiple times.
It just makes you look back and shake your head and go "Capcom, what happened?" when you consider the state of the series today. A lot of people have said when a studio head leaves the company that "it takes more than one person to make a game" and this is true, but I think it's the vision and the leadership that was Shinji Mikami to go work at Clover (then Platinum, and then his own company), well, I guess we all know what happened then.
