That would be hard to find, it would have to be around when E3 was going on in 2009 and I think that was during the Hard News blackout period on YouTube. I could be wrong, but that would be MANY MANY episodes to comb through.
Basically what happened was that Destin had received an anonymous tip that Uncharted 2 was going to get mutliplayer and have a invite-only beta (that was later revealed to be a pack in for inFamous if I am remembering correctly), shortly after this Sony sent a nasty-gram saying they were blacklisted from any other Sony events for the rest of the year to which Destin retorted along the lines of 'we weren't even there, we heard this from a 3rd party, you can't blacklist us for something we weren't even there for, we didn't sign any non-disclosure agreement.'
