So is GLaDOS to a certain extent if you're in Aperture.

Except GLaDOS isn't an omnipresent as she requires to be in aperture science to have any sort of means to be 'every where at once'. Slenderman can do that at any place and time he pleases, and even then, I don't think GLaDOS can even harm Slenderman anyway.

Well, unless we have some means of finding out if Slenderman is susceptible to bullets and neurotoxin, which I haven't seen any evidence of one way or the other, we will never know who would win for sure. If he is though, all he would have to do is show up in the wrong place and it would be over. *pop* "Target aquired" *BLAMBLAMBLAMBLAMBLAMBLAMBLAM!* Plus, slenderman seems to prefer dark, hidden areas. Aperture isn't dark everywhere. In fact, it's very well lit, open, and sterile. He would be a fish out of water in that case. I think that since GLaDOS's body controls Aperture, the entire facility and her would normally be considered one entity.

Again, we aren't even sure if anything can harm Slenderman, and the fact his effectively omnipresent pretty much means he can be anywhere he wants, even next to GLaDOS if he wanted.

True, he can be anywhere he wants. But at this point, the question becomes, would he teleport next to GLaDOS? Like I said, he doesn't seem to show himself in well lit or open areas. GLaDOS's chamber is both of those things. There's kinda nowhere for him to hide in wait while someone walks in front of him.

Sailor moon vs the Ginyu force

I've never seen Sailor moon, so I don't know what their abilities are, but others on forums seem to think that the Ginyu force has the advantage.

Let's put it like this, the manga Sailor Moon is so powerful, she can beat the crap out of Goku and Superman in a fight as she's possibly a galaxy buster, and massively FTL at the height of her power.
