I've seen the Kevin butler actor in other funny stuff, he'll be fine, your loss Sony! skype for XBLA, don't care much honestly, but it could be cool. fallout TV could be awesome I vote CGI animation over live action.

A live action Fallout show would be pretty rad. It could be like "The Walking Dead" except in a crazier world.

I don't really see it being like the Walking Dead, and although I like that show I hope it isn't quite like that. Have you seen the fan series Nuka Break? (Here's the first one, if you haven't: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iq8swQ7kpg) I would hope it would be a lot like that.
