Has this ever happened to you? Has your Xbox 360 given you that red ring of death? We may have found your solution. Humping the 360 is not necessarily part of the solution, but hey if it makes you feel better then go for it.

i've been repairing systems for many years now and the towel trick damages the system. Reflow the bored and ram chips or get a re-ball

Even if this fixes the system, it's only temporary and will probably make it worse in the long run.
