I think there are plenty of games that rate to be on the Top 20 more than some of the games mentioned (ie Eternal Champions, Adventures of Batman & Robin, Paperboy, Pulseman, onderboy in Monster World) -- all far better than Mutant League Football. In addition, I know people hate the games but Ecco the Dolphin (I and II) are great games, once you get a feel for the controls.
