I know it is a list meant for entertainment purposes, but come on. Mario 2 did a lot for the franchise. Shy guys, playing as Toad, Birdo, Bob-Oms...and then there is the music! And Picross? That's a low blow.

You said a Mario game is one where you play as Mario. So why are Mario's Early Year's and Mario's Fundamentals on this list? I didn't see you playing as Mario.

i have never heard of any of these games except Mario's Time Machine after seeing this and I kinda see why.

When I first heard about Hotel Mario, I thought that it was a PC game where you can create and manage different hotels in the mushroom kingdom. I think a hotel-building tycoon would have been a much better concept for a title like "Hotel Mario", rather than the CD-i travesty that has been made.

Man, Mario FUNdamentals taught me how to play Yahtzee when I was a toddler - it does NOT deserve to be rated worse than Mario Teaches Typing.
