I'm wondering if the best strategy for getting the most points would be to speed through the first three levels of Mario 3 getting as many enemies as you can, then topping off your 25 coins on level four or the fortress, then blast through pinbot and finally rack up some virus kills in Dr. Mario. I would not have thought of going that route until I saw Sam and Chad going that way.

Am I the only one who would have used the free life trick in level 2? It's when you use Raccoon Mario and keep on jumping on the goombas as they come out of a pipe in an infinite loop. You don't get points for free lives so you'd have to touch the ground every once and a while.

you have to play all three games for your score to count otherwise the game doesn't count the score.

Fair enough. I'm sure it would still be worth it, though. Knowing that, I probably would have given it about as much devotion time-wise as Sam (or until I accidentally lost the suit). Not knowing that... oh man. Anyone with that strategy would have been devastated!
