I think Screwattack needs to make some cameo's and plug SGC through other sources. I am loving all the internal love but I believe for the kickstarter to make it we need to have people want to go to this party who may have never heard of Screwattack before.

I am Justin Bailey.
I'm 16 and I'm not a huge fan of metroid (i haven't played super yet), and I NO THE JUSTIN BAILEY CODE
who doesn't know the Justin bailey code is it Sam he didn't even know what burger time was
Yeah, you cant work at a site called "ScrewAttack" and not know the Justin Bailey code. Thats unacceptable...
You would think by working at ScrewAttack the crew would know the code by now. Guess it's time for a pop quiz.
i hope they realize that in their passcode for the level, its a 5 not an S in the 3rd character spot
You know, I'm not that big a fan of Metroid 1 or 2. I like Super Metroid, Zero Mission, Fusion, and Prime 1, 2, and 3. Metroid 1 and 2 are kind of eh, and Prime Hunters and Other M can go screw off. Also, Craig REALLY needs to get into Prime. Prime 1 is arguably the greatest in the series, and I'm not even exaggerating. And yes, I have played through both Prime 1 and Super Metroid.
Well I also came across it but then again it was mostly in Metroid related stuff, if you're not looking in that general direction you're not going to find anything.
no and i know i said craigs not bullying and personally i like you didnt grow up around metroid i am a game enthusiast and i dint know the code till now but im just saying i find it a little harsh to strip someone of a title for one code in a game that came years ago like for me i grew up around the playstation 2 era so i never new about some of hte systems like the Jaguar and comodor as a kid neither the nes so i didn't know the code and i don't feel its right o strip someone of a title that you love because its true over a code that they might not even had known about because of time or experience gap
I didn't own Metroid as a kid, I didn't have a subscription to Nintendo power as a kid, and I had few video game enthusiast friends as a kid. And I STILL knew about the Justin Bailey code when I was a kid. AND I've bumped into mentions of it a few times over the last 13 years that I've been online.
I know Metroid is niche and the first game is old, but with the Internet existing for such a long time and video game enthusiasts' tendency to reference random stuff, it IS slightly odd for video game enthusiasts to have never heard of the code, if even in name only. And it's ESPECIALLY unusual for video game enthusiasts passionate enough about games to work at a video game website to not know of it.
Finally, Craig's not bullying; he's ribbing.
But there has been an Internet for a while now. For a video game enthusiast to have not heard of the code tangentially while browsing is a little odd. I may have heard of it as a kid, but I know I've seen it mentioned here and there online a few times over the last 13 years that I've been online.
lol and exactly sometimes the time where you could find iti out from others is blocked by time or even just a gap of friends so you have to cut those people some slack
