Honestly, The Witness was my pick. I just wanted to see more of that for the past few years. Otherwise, everything just looks like business as usual. Even Watch Dogs didn't have a lot of new tricks.

This is why you don't get your hopes up for "special announcements". Save that hype for E3. Then it is understandable if you are disappointed. Getting your hopes up for something like this? You were asking for disappoint.

Sony just made Nintendo a huge favor. Nothing that was announced today needs to be on a PS4.
Now the big N just needs to announce a true Mario game and either a new Zelda or Metroid Prime for WiiU and maybe a small price cut and they will be far ahead for the entire first year of the PS4's lifespan.
Between that and the fiasco called Vita, Sony might be the new Sega in the console race.
