I wonder if they'll have the real Fred Fuchs as a cameo
I heard 2 "fucks" because the music was overlapping with the vocals.
I'm betting it's rated R or PG-13 by the MPAA
YES YES YES!!!!!

Could've gone without that ending. But I loved it! The humor is tuned down a little and I think it's great because we're talking movie humor and not 10 minutes videos. I think it's gonna be awesome! I don't know exactly how the showing/sales will work but I'm in!
LMFAO!!! Ha ha ha. Can't wait.
Of course everyone is not gonna enjoy it, just like with any movie. Everyone is not 100% pleased with every episode he puts out either, it's just natural. I'm just happy for James, since I know working on a movie like this is one of the many dreams he has.
Plus, I think it looks pretty damn good. Seeing some of the Youtube-comments, I think many people had way too high expectations for this.
Finally, the Nerd has come back to ScrewAttack! I am looking forward to the movie!
Don't worry... By this trailer, maybe not even all of AVGN fans will enjoy this.
I don't think so. You take everything into account he's making alot more them most internet celebrates. Of course James is paid for public appearances. He's charging his fans $15 to see him & watch the trailer. It doesn't take $500,000 to make an independent movie. Blair Witch was done with a $1,500 budget.
James had money to finance the film all by himself. But he wanted more money for ridiculous, unnecessary effects(plenty are evident in the trailer) and he probably a few leftover change so if the movie goes south and flops; he won't be damaged financially.
Is that TheBlackNerd at 0:26?
I think you're grossly overestimating how much he makes. By "grossly," I mean you are WAAAAY out there. If he was in the financial situation that you put him in, he wouldn't have asked his fans to donate. Plus, filmmaking is a HELL of a lot more expensive than you may think it is. Are you sure he gets paid to make public appearances? I think you're making a lot of generalizations then using them as ammo against James, and I'm sorry, but that's not cool.
James could have paid for the entire movie himself. Given all the parterships he has(like screwattack) merchandise sales, and public appearences. He had no reason to ask his fans for money.
you'd have to be an idiot to donate to him; as I said you''d be paying 2 or 3 times for something you already invested money into.
1. The money you "Donated".
2. To see the movie in theaters.
3. To buy the movie(which most will want to)
I'll definitely see this and I'm sure it will be a great watch for me and all the rest of his fans. I'm a little worried that no one besides AVGN fans will enjoy the movie though. I hope I'm wrong.
Hmmmm ... It's still a wait and see feeling for me.
Looks good for something that's not done by a big production house but if it's worth the very long pause in nerd videos remains to be seen.
Still, I hope it turns out to be awesome and that everybody is happy in the end :)
OMG!! -can't wait.
I lost it at the boxes.
El-Oh-El! (throws a 20 at the monitor) HERE! Keep the change! Now where's my movie ticket!
