I don't think that we are going to be able to get gaming to quite that point possibly in my lifetime. Still, there would be ample amounts of possibilities if someone pulled this off right.

The technology certainly isn't at a point where mass usage of virtual HUD'S could be implemented in society, but If it does happen, I think that there is some potential in creating a game world within your own world.
