...i still stuck on the fact of victors law. like war crimes are war crimes and their centence shouldnt be reduced

It's like Franklin what said about traitors. "An excuse by the winners to hang the losers." In other words, the victors get to say what is and what isn't a war crime. Nothing you do will ever change that because it's been like that since the begging of time.
