Game Theory: How Fast is Sonic the Hedgehog?

It's been mentioned a few times here, but it is completely canon that Sonic pulls his speed back in order to have some sort of challenge when facing off against opponents. So yes, he may seem to only be going so fast, but in actuality he's more than likely holding himself back.

Robotnik ran faster than sonic in the games because the game programmers made it this way because if sonic just caught him right then and there, well first no final boss fights, no future game because if sonic caught him and put him away for good or just so happened to kill him there would be no one for sonic to fight at least until shadow and any of the other villains/former villains came along because lets face it without robotnik sonic would be bored as hell. And honestly game theory is really gonna say that a oompa loompa plumber is faster than Sonic!!?? Watch deathbattle loser's then talk to Wiz about statistics, as a matter of fact make a video about game theory discussing this with Wiz and Boomstick because from what I've seen deathbattle seems pretty damn accurate with their research and to be perfectly honest I'll believe them over some ass clown who thinks that an italian plumber is faster than someone who was given the nickname "blue meteor". So game theory do us all a favor and leave your logical statistics out of the gaming world cause if you stop to think about it's a game anything goes in a gaming world.
