Also, since you found a connection between Mario and Pokemon, and Mario characters appear in the Wii U version of Scribblenauts Unlimited, those three worlds are connected as well. Unlimited has the fanmade Pokemon Tentaquil, which means it's entirely possible for actual Pokemon Trainers to have a Tentaquil.

Kratos gets us Mortal Kombat, which gets us to the DC Universe. Via Capcom we crossover to the Marvel Universe, not to mention the entire SNK library. Let's not forget that in comics The Darkness and Superman crossed over, so that one is linked to the rest; a separate reality but still.
Oh, by the way, Lara Croft wasn't in Duke Nukem; that was screen of Shadow Warrior. But Duke Nukem did have the last resting places of both Indiana Jones AND Snake Plisskin.
