Look at all those crappy new items designed for people who can't play video games but want to play video games.
LuckyMikeyJ: Just for fun I'm going to complain about why does this game doesn't have one hit deaths like the original DKC... Nah, JK.

Mach5Mike: I get that the game is trying to make players more comfortable with the game, but this is a little too much assistance for my taste. Granted, I'm working on buying the Wii version anyway, so it's not like I would ever have to play with these items in the first place.
Digiwario: If they're going to add all these items they need to add a penalty, much like Mario Galaxy 2 where if you use the super guide, you get a bronze star instead of a golden one. Something that says "I was too much of a pussy to play the game like it's meant to be played."

Kazman2007: I figured the password system would remain in place, but I was hoping they'd have something else to replace the whole linking of the games.
thecommonsensegamer: The original games had a password you would enter after completing the other game. Most likely they haven't changed that.

Agatio: Totally getting this. Probably the best Zelda ever made. So many subtle nod's to other games.
Kazman2007: Something that Nintendo hasn't made clear is how the connecting will work. On the old Gameboy versions, you could either link the two games together via password, or a link cable with two Gameboys. So now, are we stuck using the password system, or will there be a way to link the two if we have both games downloaded on our 3DS?

OrangeGuy: Luigi U DLC, Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3 and few sonic game gear games are the only things that interest me.
I already own the sonic game gear games but the emulation and bonus content you get on the gamegear virtual console is outstanding, it puts nintendo's virtual console to absolute shame.

Mach5Mike: Not going to lie, I'd actually be willing to drop 30 dollars on the disc version New Super Luigi U (granted, I don't own Mario Bros. U yet either, so it seems worth the money from my point of view). It also looks a lot more "new" than any of the recent New Super Mario Bros. games, so I'll take as much "new" as I can get from Nintendo :D
I'd say having an invincible character would be a problem, but he's optional for multiplayer only, which I don't see myself playing much/not at all, so I'm neutral on that subject.

Would it be awesome if the next Call of Duty game feature knights and African warlords? Absolutely. "Ghosts" will feature guys with guns... lots of guns.
