FrankHaggar: PBSideachannel is awesome, they did an episode of TF2 hats that was pretty accurate. I feel like punchig the animated Larry for that stand-up joke xD

Flapperdoodle hasn't exactly been on the ball lately with his blogging. Here's why.
5/15/13 9:03am
BigBossofMoss: Just wait until you get to college.

Important thing to always remember is to strive for a sort of balance. But also remember that school has priority.
5/15/13 8:57am
Noble Team 1: Well it's understandable as school in general can take up a lot of time on it's own, and well as long as you keep making great content then it's all good.
5/15/13 4:02am
FrankHaggar: Go for quality over quantity, thats atleast what I`m trying to do.

TIME TO VOTE! See which games Woody and Joe love, which everyone else hates, and then vote in this blog on which top ten you like better!
5/20/13 10:54pm
SpoonMan Abrams X: My vote goes to BigJoe.

Both lists were excellent, in choices and writing, but one entry hit me right in the nostalgia; CHIP'S CHALLENGE FTW
5/20/13 9:13pm
MashFan81: My vote goes to WOODY.
5/20/13 9:07pm
SideSmash: YOOOOOOO, JOE! Sorry Woody, but I think his list was just a wee bit more well-written.
5/20/13 9:00pm
darkhyrulelord: Hoo boy, I think I'm going to give out a tie on this one. ..........no just kidding.

Both lists were really good and interesting to read. Bigjoe's had a good sense of humor within his, but I'm going to have to give my vote to WOODY on this one since I felt that he discussed the stances on both stances of the games he has chosen and of defending them. Still was far from an easy choice to make. I wish the best to both of you.
5/20/13 6:30pm
LeoSmashRoyale: Sorry woodyman but I'm with Big Joe. Mario games that needed some love and Mystic Quest FTW. I like sonic r too tho, before you unlock Super sonic and make it impossible to race with anyone else.

Woodyman and BigJoe91 are squaring off in an epic battle of listing wits. Find out how you can participate in this epic showdown by reading this blog! It's gonna be FUN!
5/2/13 6:17pm
darkhyrulelord: Neat banner. I will be interested to see who shall be the victor. .....Wish I could have voted in time though.
4/29/13 6:32pm
bigjoe91: Why you! *shakes fist*
4/27/13 1:39pm
The Guardian: Totally stealing every idea off that poll for my own uses, MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
4/26/13 3:14pm
bigjoe91: I honestly don't know if I'll enjoy the trash-talking or the actual writing more.
4/26/13 11:24am
FrankHaggar: I voted for the Top 10 games you like but everyone else hates. Let's get ready to rumble motherfuckers!!!! :) Dat hype!

IT'S FINALLY OVER! Flapperdoodle's Games of the Year list finally is reaching it's finale, as Flaps tackles his biggest list yet... which includes the GAMEVEMBER lineup.
4/26/13 2:40pm
FrankHaggar: I like Playstation All-Stars, think it's a pretty good fighter though it has some problems. Btw I completly understand that you can hate the bussiness practices of War Z but just a quick question, have you played the game itself? I haven't either but having it on the worst list and not played it seems...odd. Then again, a bunch of should've games are on the list aswell and you haven't played them either so maybe I'm just rambling xD
4/25/13 6:20pm
Noble Team 1: Halo 4 is still the game that I want the most out of 2012, though in for Forza Horizon you stated that both Gears of War and Halo are FPS, though only Halo is with Gears being a third person shooter.
4/25/13 5:24pm
Burf12345: you put Sonic Jump in the honorable mentions twice
4/25/13 4:31pm
Jawbreaker Alumni: FINALLY! Someone who agrees with me on Sticker Star! I like the change, and the way you beat some enemies is just cruel when you think about it. Throwing a fireball to turn an enemy into ash and cutting them up into pieces was gruesome! Also, Sticker Star gave me my first actual game over in a long time in a Mario RPG because of the boss battles. Having to think about how to beat a boss instead of jumping on it to win? That's insane!

FrankHaggar: Banana Juice is pretty cool. Love DKCR, glad you talked about it.
3/15/13 2:46pm
Flapperdoodle: Oh crap. Someone get me the OCD hose...

FINALLY THIS LIST GETS DONE! Flapperdoodle is here to finally talk about his top twelve favorite movies of 2012, with a new... kinda, writing style!
4/3/13 9:34am
Burf12345: I know people have told you this already (including myself quite a few times), but you should have really seen Django Unchained, and it's a damn shame you didn't get to experience it and put on your list, because it is easily my favorite movie of 2012, beating Wreck-It Ralph, Looper and The Avengers, yeah, it's that good
3/15/13 12:53pm
Flapperdoodle: Let's hope I check it out.
3/15/13 12:53pm
Flapperdoodle: Sorry, never saw Dredd, though now I regret it.
3/12/13 11:59am
Marduk: Prometheus should not be on anyone's favorite list. Also, Hitchcock is a 2012 film? It's been on TV so much I figured it was from 2011. TNT has it on every couple of months so you'll have plenty of chances to see it.
3/12/13 6:32am
Dr. Wondertainment: What, no Dreddd?

You want perfect comic book movies? that movie is quite easily the perfect adaptation of everything the 2000 AD series is and should be.

The Oscars happened! ... A week ago. However, that doesn't mean Flaps doesn't wanna drop his two cents in. So, what did Flaps think of the 85th Academy Awards?
3/3/13 7:19pm
MadHero15: I was pretty spot on with my predictions. The only major miss for me was Best Animated Feature, and going into the show, I kind of already knew I was going to be wrong about that one. Well, also Best Director (but more on that)

I disagree with your criticism on Life of Pi, I think Lee deserved the win because I honestly he felt he made what many people thought was an unfilmable book and made it work. That's a achievement in and of itself. Also, its the only film that I really felt like that director's film. Russell did a good job, and he always gets great performances out of his actors. I felt Lee was more deserving of it, and was really surprised when he got it. Also, Life of Pi's score was great, and was surprised that got the win over Lincoln or Skyfall, but again, it was a nice surprise.

.....Can you tell that I really like Life of Pi?

I'm glad that Argo won over Lincoln. I thought that film was good, but not great (the acting is phenomenal), and it just seems like something the Academy would pick over more deserving and daring material (a la The Kings Speech winning over Social Network, or Crash winning over Brokeback Mountain).

SO GO WATCH ARGO, LIKE, RIGHT NOW!!!!
3/3/13 5:27pm
Elmo 3000: I'm impressed with how many of your predictions were spot on... so, erm, any hints on what the lottery numbers are gonna be this week? Just PM me and I'll give you half the winnings or something.

Looks like I still need to see Argo and Life of Pi. I would've rather seen Lincoln win more, but Les Miserables and Django deserved their wins. Especially Christoph Waltz, that guy was... actually, I disagree, he shouldn't have won 'Best Supporting Actor' because he should've won 'Best Actor'. Jamie Foxx was great as Django but Waltz's performance was just one of those once-in-a-lifetime perfected roles. He upstaged Django in a movie called 'Django Unchained'. That takes skill.

... Sorry. I couldn't resist.

EDIT: Oh, and even though Anne Hathaway was brilliant, totally nailing 'I Dreamed a Dream', then nearly every other main female character in Les Miserables had more screentime and more performances than her. Not that she doesn't deserve it, but... she was not in the movie enough to warrant the award, for me. Alright, edit over.
3/3/13 1:44pm
Whitly: Time hasn't been too kind to Bassey's voice...
3/3/13 1:41pm
Whitly: Aside from Best Supporting Actor, I thought Django Unchained was very much okay and didn't deserve any of its other nominations. Then again, I'm not really in-love with Tarantino...
3/3/13 12:28am
Canadian Brony: I too, liked the awards. And even though I wanted Django to get Best Picture, Argo was worthy of it.

The Perfect Platformer continues as we take a look at the best of the best platformers that use physics as elements and mechanics. It's time to bring up some undiscovered gems!
3/3/13 5:17pm
Lyserg.Z: Quantum Conundrum sounds really cool.
Other interesting games that play with mechanics that play with physics could be Braid, MetalStorm (gravity changes similar to VVVVVV)... does Viewtiful Joe count P=?
2/28/13 1:32pm
Elmo 3000: I've been curious about VVVVVVV ever since I found out it was made by Terry Cavanagh. I'm a big fan of his flash game 'Don't Look Back'. Also, great blog, great platformers, and great blog again.
2/28/13 6:27am
Flapperdoodle: Thanks Lousy, and yes, please play VVVVVV. It's really awesome.
2/27/13 11:08pm
LousyTactician: Nice work Flaps. I've been intrigued in playing VVVVVV one of these days. Snapshot is another Indie physics platformer that is pretty good (Frank Haggar will probably agree with me on this).
