g1 Features's Wall
Non Playable Podcast is currently on Youtube for you to listen to. It'll be on Screwattack hopefully this Saturday: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXvM7UCHJTk&feature=youtube_gdata_player
If g1 Debates is still going through, then I may have a debate topic for the show: It's no secret that some items/tactics in games are just vastly more superior than others in games; pre-patch Sentinal in 'Marvel vs. Capcom 3', the noob-tube in 'Modern Warfare 2', and a bunch of others including more recently the Honey Badger in 'Call of Duty: Ghosts'. Several arguments from players and developers alike state that such items are necessary to ease beginner players in to their games and stand a chance against the more advanced players. But are is this strategy really necessary? Is it really such an effective way to persuade wider audiences to keep playing their games?
We'll be having a new update in a few days regarding scheduling. So stay tuned for that
