Kazman2007: I think this was a clever and interesting idea, but I'm not sure what you were going for. Is it meant to be humorous, or is it just meant to be a way to provide insight into the character. I think with some work shopping, it could be a really good series, but that's just my humble opinion.

Marduk: I think leaving the Canadian Police Chase without any other caption is funnier than "Freeze Eh!" I'd already laughed my ass off before I noticed the caption which did nothing to add to the humor of that gif.

What happened before the game came out?
Jawbreaker Alumni: Mario Party is perfect for that kind of concept since you stab people in the back, form partnerships and them break them, and get rich off of someone else's misfortunes.
Flapperdoodle: This has always been an illusion to me. I personally felt a Mario Party with a plot centered around political campaigns and double crossing would've been incredibly awesome.

Personally, I didn't get the impression that the "election" theme was something they intended in the actual game, I think it looks like they might have been trying to say. "Everyone else is doing political stuff, but that's boring so play games instead!"
