As for the Last Devilman OVA... its not part of the other OVA. THAT is what I meant about it being incomplete. Its actually an adaptation of ANOTHER manga that reimagined Devilmans final act... making it WAAAAAAAY darker and more fucked up than it already was, & THAT is saying a lot. Also they sorta crammed 5 Volumes into one 40min OVA in the process. I loved the Devilman OVA as well ESP the second one :)
I love the Devilman OVA but I didn't like the newer OVA and I downloaded the manga to test my comic reader and I thought it must have been the reader!

PS Devilman is the Shit. Too bad the anime got buttraped by the censors, the OVA is incomplete, & the manga Translation/scanlation is utter shit. :(
