I can, because I'm english. Why not title it as "Want to play Diablo III in English, but your country's native language isn't english?" It seems like you think the USA is the only english speaking country.

ShinraCorp: Actually this begs the question, since I live in Quebec... does that mean it'll play in French only? But since I'm in Canada it has to be French and English, but because of Law 101, if it's in French, it has to be French.

KataWolf: I have the game in english, I'm from Mexico and I can play it just fine. So... what does that mean? Is this crap selective or something? Or does it only apply for physical copies?
