Lipnox88: I am going to fix the audio and do more reviews. I just wanted to get that one out there quick to motivate myself into doing more videos. I am considering a Do you know whats bullshit (james rolfe style) but do it on everything I dislike about the 3ds. I also want to wait til e3 coverage ends completely before trying to throw another video into the mix. thanks a ton for the comment though it means a lot to me.

[UPDATE]: Source says beleaguered 38 Studios and Big Huge Games sent out pink slips to all employees, believed to number close to 400. Rhode Island governor calls Kingdoms of Amalur a "failure."
JxL: The interesting thing to me about this story is that the state of Rhode Island was given the rights to Kingdoms of Amalur as collateral for the loan package. I'm not certain, but this is certainly the first time I've heard of a state owning a video game.
Lipnox88: This was one of my favorite games this gen, how it couldn't sell 3 million is beyond me.
