Pokemon Generation VI is soon upon us. But what about the games some of us had anticipated?
supermatt64: These points are valid however I dont think Gamefreak really cares about conflicting with the timeline replacing olf cartridges. Bottom line Pokemon sells and if a RS remake gives them a ton of money, (which it would), then their going to make it.
Flapperdoodle: I agree... you can't recreate the classics.... which is why I am happy with what Pokemon is doing.
Ya know, as a whole, I never cared for obvious Pokemon remakes. HeartGold and SoulSiver? Eh. Whatever. I mainly want Pokemon to move forward, not recreate the past. I am excited for Pokemon X and Y. I think it could do a lot for the series as a whole.

Burf12345: they could add the physical/special split to the remakes, which is a big thing the originals never had
Tryphen: Canon? Honestly I just go by the timeline set by the Pokemon Special/Adventures manga. Gen 1 > Gen 2 > Gen 3 > HG/SS > DPP > Gen 5
Anyway it's a bit too early for a Gen 3 remake, the games themselves don't beg for a remake as much as Gen 1/2 did due to being on the GBA as well as being the games that set up a lot of the structure the current games base themselves on (Ex. Technically you can connect your games all the way back to Gen 3).

The Self Procla...: As of Gen 6, we should pass 700 with about 100-150ish new Pokemon each game.

The third Guild01 game comes to the 3DS eShop this month.
audreymn720: The game offers many interesting ideas for play with friends and family. As you progresses in the game, the more it became challenging. - Scott Sohr
SSBBrawler: Then someone would have to be pretty lazy to not be able to read less than a page's worth of words.
halloll: just giving a tl;dr version. :)
CursedSeishi: I'm not surprised that rental shop game hasn't been announced for the US yet. The fanbase interested in that have already more than likely found and played Recettear several times over by now. Plus, Recettear isn't exactly a graphical beast so the low requirements help that too with those who own computers even several years old.
I am, however, happy to see this announced! And I can not wait to nab it!

By now, you've probably heard about Sonic's poor quality more times than you care to count. Well, that ends today (or not).
the0nlykyd: I think I'm gonna do my own version of this blog. Since I seem to post all-things Sonic, I wouldn't mind tackling our community and putting my 2 cents in as a topic. While I do agree and disagree with varying points it was a good read.
Sonic06: I like how you defended the characters who are disliked by the fanbase. I believe that the characters of the Sonic series should not be hated for just existing, made fun of because of their physical appearance, or even be refered to as over-rated when they're not (BRoboto1 can eat a d**k for all I care).
Retroq: I try to stay away from the fanbase most of the time. because I don't think these guys are just a minority anymore, they have entire sites (Sonic Retro, for example) run by people that will blatantly ignore any good the series has to offer. "Oh? Sonic generations? A good game? Well it has crisis city, so I won't buy it." Sonic 4? Well let me finish venting rage for Elise over the course of six years. And anything positive, (this blog for example) will be passed over in favor of yet another reiteration of how bad he's gotten.

So many negative statements about NIntendo''s latest console. I thought people were better than this.
darkhyrulelord: It hasn't interested me into getting it day one, but I don't think that it's doomed by any means.
akiraokami: I don't think ZombiU is coming with the european deluxe, I at least can't find any information claiming it does at my retail stores, but now I'm curious, , if it does come with ZombiU, I need to cancel my ZombiU preorder >.>
TheEnglishman: I can't really see the Wii U failing, as it does genuinely seem to be trying to cater to both the casuals who picked up on the Wii and the 'hardcore' who've stuck with them for a long time.
Even some of those who've been complaining about the Wii U still look to get it. The most hilarious example I've seen so far is the people who planned to boycott Bayonetta 2 by.... buying it pre-owned. Yeah, that'll show Nintendo...

LightningandIce: Yes, to just about everything you said. While I am by no means as pumped about the Wii U as I was about the first Wii, the amount of hate that gets thrown in their direction is ridiculous. Most of it is unfounded or at least misguided. I don't think I'm going to pick up a Wii U until down the road because up until now, there hasn't been anything about it that jumps out and says "must buy!" With that said, however, the hate is way out of line. So thank you for putting this together with good logic.
The Guardian: Maybe I just don't care about the internet, but I didn't know people were hating.Still gonna buy it.
