AKA Is this really productive or how much can I piss off the Zelda fanbase?
darkhyrulelord: A lot of those things sound like great ideas. Personally, I would wish that it would give you more options---such as difficulty and subtitles and such like you said. Also, some side quests would be great too. Thanks Terra!
Bortch: Right? The first time I ran into a Giant Octorock in the ocean I was like... WHAT!?!?
Then after I got the boomerang I vowed to hunt them all down.... followed by exploring every island in the ocean why fending off sharks and other such badies at sea. Then there were the submarines, the haunted ship... the ocean was great.
I seriously don't get why people don't like exploring in Zelda games. Winder Waker gets bashed, as does Skyward Sword.

6ix1337: While not actually multiplayer a basic idea of using multiple 'people' was used in Majora's Mask with the Elegy of Emptiness in Stone Tower Temple. If Nintendo could reuse that idea for future Zelda games with real multiplayer it would be a Zelda fanboys dream game.
Ferret75: I really enjoyed the ocean. It added a sense of exploration and was generally likable on a whole. Plus there were lots of various random events that would occur while sailing.
dbzfanboy-press...: What's wrong with four swords? Well lets see... you had to memorize all of the freaking buttons to position the other three links, there was an actual sword that split link into four and made him change colors, a lot of stuff in the game didnt make a lot of sense, and you had to use a freaking gba if you wanted mutiplayer....and you had to buy some other crap to use it and two others if you wanted all four players. Way to money grab your fans!!

Into the mind of a Young Game Designer
darkhyrulelord: Looks like you have a lot of work cut out for you. I wish you the best of luck then.
Woodtec1: The following video is something that I recommend to new game designers
(Warning) the following video uses the word F*** and the true meaning of the word phallus.
http://youtu.be/8FpigqfcvlM
Also a couple of points you might take to heart
When a painter on a canvas makes a bad brush stroke they don’t start all over. They make the brush stroke fit into the overall picture.
There is no such thing as a bad idea. Take them and put them in a folder or a binder. They work wonders when you hit writers block.
If someone ever thinks game design is easy just direct them to Sonic 06.
Just some more big words from a fellow Internet Lurker.

Will post my reaction video soon. Just a warning beforehand, it's rather unprofessional: I've never really been in front of a camera before, I just got home from travelling for the holidays (and am very tired) and I did it all in one take.

Terra discusses why that phrase is key to building a game
darkhyrulelord: I do agree that more developers should get out of comfort zones. It helps to create a more interesting game. Good read Terra!
E-GAG101: Ideas are all around us, I often find myself imagining up storylines for different games just by looking at a building or forest, or on one occasion a dam
BenNiGeLing: That's quite true what you're writing there, ANYTHING can spawn great ideas. The game I'm currently working on(at least during vacations) was created when I got dizzy from eating too much strawberry cake after playing basketball. "The Adventures of Baskusball", where you play as a grinning basketball fighting the evil Monsterberrum.
I came up with another game that's still very much in concept(and will be for a LONG time) after getting into evolutionary science, and I was going to send it to Woodyman for the If-you-could-make-a-game-collaboration, but I thought it needed more work.Recently I started attending a lecture called "Apocalypse and Utopia", which made the whole idea go absolutely haywire. And I'm bloody proud of it.

Celebrating my 100 Subscribers and the release of the WiiU next month I decide to look back on the Wii and go through it's best games in 3 categories.
Whitly: If only ScrewAttack were to do one of these lists...if only...
Still, it's nice that someone other than myself actually owns more than a handful of Wii games. I'd actually add a few that you've never heard of, but that's just me. Still, excellent send off to a very under-appreciated console...

Flapperdoodle: Wonderful list Terra. I couldn't agree more with your #2 choice on your third list.
bigjoe91: I'll definitely pick up my wii again. I still can't figure why I didn't enjoy DKC returns. I'll have to give it another shot.
SierraFoxtrot: I figured. Good list regardless. I have yet to play most of these games. Also, I will agree that Galaxy is superior to Galaxy 2.
Terra_corrupt: Pikmin really isn't my cup of tea

Terra's old as hell review of Earthbound
darkhyrulelord: Definitely agreed here....I've been trying to play that game for a long time.
bigjoe91: Same...
BobboHead13: Great review! Trying to get my hands on a hard copy of the game myself, which is easier said than done at a decent price!
