I actually like the Supers.
What i hate is Cole's voice so much..... it's horrible. Infamous 1 voice actor was x1000 better.

It seems to be a little unbalanced, but at least some of the moves are pretty creative.

It was a bit lack of variety, most of the LV3 moves are limited advance modes, screen cleaner or screen blasters.

Do Level 3s cancel eachother out?

If someone is "running" around in level 3 form, they can be killed by another super attack and their level 3 ends with their death. Many "running" level 3s actually stun opponents to keep them from cancelling while "running" level 2s typically do not. Big Daddy's is a good example.

The ones that clear the level only look low tier when compared to the ones that can hit multiple times

Wow. Not only are these supers very flashy but seem to be a bit broken as well. >: ) Hopefully the more broken ones are with the weaker characters.
