This is the secret level in Diablo III called "WHIMSYSHIRE" and it was played on Hell difficulty. As you can see, the game is a lot more colorful than Diablo 1 and 2 ;)

I am disturbed that this sort of level is in Diablo 3. On the other hand, you get to destroy these types of creatures. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!
