My friend and I recently talked about that trailer. She didn't read the books so she didn't understand why I was so upset about it, since the trailer by itself, I'll admit, is actually alright. I told her to imagine the entire cast of Star Wars being replaced with Jarjar Bings. She now understands the pain I feel.

Don't blame you though, that thing gets it so messed up that even I don't know where to begin! And I mean just talking about the characters that pop up in it, the zombies are a whole other tub of lardass lazy glaze.

Not to be the "debbie Downer" here, but I felt like that was an absurdly long set-up with not much of a pay-off. The dialogue also felt a bit stilted at times, but it really wasn't bad enough to bother me, so the second point is meh.
