Game Grumps eBay auctions raise $7K for Child’s Play

It’s safe to say Game Grumps is one of the most popular gaming shows on Youtube and as such, the Grumps have received tons of game donations over the past year from fans who want to see their favorite/most despised games played on the show. The generosity of their loyal Lovelies recently inspired the Grumps to divide all of the duplicates in their library into separate bundles, each to be auctioned off on eBay, pledging to give 100% of the profits to Child’s Play.

The bidding came to an end earlier this week and according to the Grumps, the total amount raised from the auctions is roughly $7,000! To put this into perspective, that’s $7,000 going towards buying video games, toys, movies, and books for various children’s hospitals around the world!

Lengthy hospital stays can be a very lonely and scary experience for a child, especially for those who are terminally ill and have to undergo various procedures and treatments. Having something fun to play with as they recover gives them something to look forward to and helps keep their spirits up, which makes a very big difference.

Good on Arin and Danny for doing this and of course props go out to everyone who placed a bid.
