You forgot to mention a few things about the KO moves. First off you can use this strategy in 1 on 1 battles if you use Lock-On or Mind Reader before the KO move for it to have 100% accuracy, but only a few pokemon can do this such as Articuno. Second KO moves have a higher percent chance of hitting the pokemon you are facing, the lower that pokemons level is in comparison to your pokemon. This also works the opposite way if your opponents pokemon is a higher level than your own it will have below 30% accuracy. And finally KO moves are not allowed in competitively so unfortunately you cannot implement this strategy in competitive play.

Actually, you can only hit lower or equal level pokemon with OHKO moves. If you use it on a higher level, text will say something like "But nothing happened!" sort of thing.

Oh ya I forgot about that. Thanks for correcting me.

If you listen closely, you can hear Gamefreak scrambling to modify this potentially gamebreaking exploitation.

The worst pokemon ever. Burmy. His evo can easily take down any poké. Wow.

Wow that's.....cheap. I might be wrong, but doesn't Sheer Cold have higher accuracy if it's hailing?

The opponents moves are also 100%, so it can turn into a double edged sword, or if you want to avoid the 100% accuracy, a fast Supereffective type attack on the No Guard pokémon and the strategy falls apart.
