Howard Phillips interview

6/27/12 2:05pm

In case you don’t who he is, Howard Phillips is one of the most influential people in the history of video games. He was an early employee for Nintendo who once toured the country to promote and set up the original Donkey Kong arcade machines.

He was soon promoted as a spokesman for Nintendo and the president of Nintendo’s fun club where he did a phenomenal job promoting the NES. He was also involved with the making of Nintendo Power magazine, where he was featured in his own comic. Howard Phillips is remembered for being a driving force in promoting Nintendo and video games to America. Hope you enjoy it!
